Straight answers about ordering, materials and freight. Where a term is genuinely agreed per order, we say that rather than publish a number we might have to walk back.
How do I order?+
There is no checkout. Add the styles you want to the enquiry list, send it over WhatsApp or email, and we reply within one business day with unit price at your quantity, lead time and freight. Minimum order is 10 units per style.
Where do you ship from, and what does it cost?+
Everything ships from China. Indicative freight from China, benchmarked per lane: express courier $5–13/kg (3–7 days), air freight $3.90–9.80/kg (1–4 days in the air), sea freight $40–180/CBM (10–45 days). Surcharges, duty and VAT sit on top and are confirmed in your quote.
What metals do you use?+
It depends on the piece, and we state it plainly on every product page. Many of the gold-look pieces are copper alloy with gold-tone plating — not precious metal — and are priced accordingly. Where a piece is sterling silver or solid gold, the product page says so. Check the material line before you order a sample.
Are your stones real?+
Natural stones, synthetic stones and glass all appear in this catalogue, so the answer is per piece. Each product page names what is in it. If a stone matters to your customer, ask us to confirm the specific style before you commit to a run.
How do I find a ring or bangle size?+
Sizing is on each product page — closed bangles are chosen by inner diameter (58, 60, 62 or 64 mm) and rings by standard size. If you are between sizes, order a sample first; we would rather you check than guess across a wholesale run.
Can you brand the pieces or the packaging?+
Yes — tell us what you need when you enquire (labels, tags, packaging, custom cards) and we will confirm what is possible for that style and quantity in your quote.
What are your payment and returns terms?+
Both are agreed in writing with your quote, because both depend on the order and the destination. We do not publish a returns window on this page that we would then have to honour on a trade order — ask, and you will get the real terms before you pay.
